What if I’m not sure about God?
Whether you are a long-time Christian, new in your faith, or just have questions about God, you are welcome at Immanuel.
Do I have to give an offering?
Not at all! If you would like to give an offering, we welcome your gift. However, the collection of offerings is an opportunity for our members and regular attendees to support Immanuel’s ministries.
What do I have to wear?
At Immanuel, you will see people wearing everything from shorts and tee shirts to jacket and tie, and everything in between. We welcome you, no matter what you wear.
What is worship like at Immanuel?
We are blessed to have a fantastic praise team that leads us in both contemporary and traditional songs. There is an opportunity for our members and regular attendees to give their offerings. And, most importantly, we have a chance to open God’s word together and hear a Biblically sound message to help us know God better.
What about Communion (the Lord’s Supper)?
If you join us during a service where Communion is served, our Elders will typically bring the bread and the juice for the congregation to share. At Immanuel, all believers are welcomed to partake of the Lord’s Supper. However, if you aren’t sure if you are ready to take Communion – it’s okay to let the bread and juice pass you by.
Are children welcomed in worship?
Yes! Children are welcomed in worship, but we also offer nursery service throughout the year and Children’s Worship during the education year.
